  Senthil Kumar as the General Manager, heads the customer service business of Technocare. A Telecom professional with over 16 years of experience in Reverse Logistics, Repair centers management, Product Management , Product Development and Customer Service areas covering Middle East, Asia and Africa. Senthil is a seasoned manager who builds, coaches and motivates teams to execute projects with tough time lines, cost and quality targets. With experience in process re-engineering, quality management and customer care, he is able to perform across disciplines and improve ways of working to reach high levels of operational efficiency. Prior to his appointment in Technocare, Senthil was handling the entire Middle East & Africa customer service operations for Emitac Mobile Solutions.
