A graduate in Telecommunications Engineering with over 25 years of management experience, Pramod Kattel is the Director - Operations for KGT Group. Leveraging his strong business development, sales, operations and technology management skills with an effective networking and relationship building capability, Pramod plays a pivotal role in driving profitability and developing the Group’s businesses strategically. Prior to this, as the GM of Technocare, as a leading authority on Customer Care in the MEA region, Pramod has cultivated the trust of key vendors in matters of Reverse Logistics, Process Development, Quality Management, Customer Care and been responsible for Technocare’s numerous milestones and achievements.
